I’m Jess
I believe plant-based eating can be an easy, intentional way of living — and with the right support, it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
I became vegetarian at 13, and since then plant-based cooking has become a passion. I’ve learned how to experiment with variety and flavour, embracing the creativity of making delicious, satisfying meals.
Cooking for others is one of my greatest joys. My mission with The Plant Plates is to transform everyday eating into an intentional, supportive part of daily life — bringing more ease, wellness, and joy to the week.
How it Works
We start with a short consultation to understand your tastes, routines, and goals, followed by a trial week where you can experience how The Plant Plates fits into your life.
From there, menus are planned and approved in advance, rotating week to week based on your preferences and feedback — so you always have food you genuinely enjoy available when you need it. Pricing reflects the level of support you want and is agreed together once we’ve talked through your needs.
